EDGE Stadium Amsterdam is the latest addition to the EDGE Workspaces portfolio. The building was repurposed and rebuilt to today’s standards while also being futureproof. EDGE Stadium is in The Olympic Area in Amsterdam, excellently located with easy access to and from the city. With the name of the area in mind, it’s not surprising that EDGE Stadium has set the bar high and is going for gold when it comes to its standards, aiming to reach BREEAM Excellent, WELL Core & Shell Gold. Our design is part of the innovation spaces design movement, which encourages people to meet and interact in open spaces and gives everyone room to move around.

EDGE Stadium has the best indoor air quality due to its smart climate control system and biophilic design. Start your morning at our gym next door, followed by a barista-made coffee to get fuelled up for the day. Not one for the gym, but you want to stay active? We encourage our members to use the stairs as much as possible. To get your five-a-day, our healthy lunches are just what you need. And that friendly receptionist? Sustainability
Our journey to going Net Zero
As part of Edge, we are committed to our Pledge to be Net-Zero by 2050. By 2050, our company and all its products will emit zero carbon emissions. We believe in this goal and will work hard to achieve it. By 2030 we will have reached our first goal of reducing our carbon footprint by 50%, mainly by reducing emissions and partly by compensation. For EDGE Workspaces, we hold ourselves accountable and challenge our community to join us in our sustainable journey. Our first goal is to reduce our employee emissions and use renewable energy in our sites. More on the Pledge and our General Statement can be found below.
