Amsterdam
Amsterdam is the European start-up capital, a city home to over 600 tech companies and is known as the gateway to Europe. Make this city part of your journey. Our Edge sites are in the south of Amsterdam with easy access to Schiphol Airport and the city centre via car, public transport or the Dutch way – by bicycle.
Berlin

Hamburg

Edge Stadium
Edge Stadium is situated in The Olympic Area in Amsterdam, excellently located with easy access to and from the city. With the name of the area in mind, it’s not surprising that Edge Stadium has set the bar high and is going for gold when it comes to its standards, aiming to reach BREEAM Excellent, WELL Core & Shell Gold. The design is part of the innovation spaces design-movement, which encourages people to meet and interact in open spaces and gives them room to move around.
Edge Olympic
Edge Olympic Amsterdam opened its doors in 2018 and is a hyper-modern flagship building that combines sustainability, health and wellbeing. As a sustainable redevelopment, this building has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and was built with as many circular aspects as possible. The building design creates one big open ecosystem for everyone to connect and easily create a community of forward-thinking professionals.

Edge Grand Central
Edge Grand Central is the first Edge in Berlin and is located a stone’s throw from the central train station. The building has received the highest certificates for wellbeing and sustainability – it minimises energy usage and promotes office health through optimising CO2, light and noise levels. The design of this Edge site ensures that you can constantly interact with others because we believe that serendipitous interactions are the best way to learn from each other and get inspired.

Edge HafenCity
Edge Hafencity is the second Edge in Germany, following Edge Grand Central in Berlin. The building takes inspiration from the historic HafenCity and creates something entirely new in the Elbbrücken Innovation Quarter. Prominently located on the impressive Amerigo-Vespucci-Platz and adjacent to the Baakenhafen basin, Edge Hafencity has a roof terrace with spectacular views, a restaurant, and a playground to encourage physical exercise. Inside this SMART-operated building, we offer all the room for companies big and small to meet, interact, and positively impact the future.
