Our dedicated reception team is ready to get to know you. Our reception desks are manned by our community teams of positive people with a warm welcome and a friendly smile to greet you and your guest. If you need hotel or restaurant recommendations, our reception team will advise and make reservations and can deliver any other concierge services, like accepting your parcels, mail handling and arranging for your dry cleaning to be picked up.
