Following up to yesterday`s post, we headed into the kitchen for The Vitality Table, an interactive cooking session led by nutritionist Claire Boom.
Inspired by Blue Zone principles, the workshop showed how simple, nourishing ingredients can boost energy and long‑term wellbeing without overcomplicating food.

In February we kicked off our Vitality Week with an energising Run Club in collaboration with Lepelblad and RUNNERS HIGH, guided by Jack at everyone’s own pace.
